Objective Summary

1. Migrate the existing EndNote database of references to a customisable and readily editable web based content management system;
2. Automatically generate charts, lists of references and contact details based on user queries;
3. Build a user registration, communication, management, and reporting system;
4. Establish a payment system with automatic geographic awareness based on Internet Protocol addresses, to allow for tracking, communication and user charging;
5. Migrate ANCW existing hosting services to a high-quality webhost services provider that meets specific service levels.
