Objective Summary

Provide a formula (for existing leviable pasture seeds and new species ) to be used in the GCA Seeds Committee’s annual consideration of levy rates for the forthcoming season
Outline the process and requirements for changing the levy for existing leviable pasture seeds
Outline the process and requirements for introducing new levies.

In addition an update on the timing of the proposed legislative changes is to be provided, as is the ability of LRS to report levy collections on a geographic basis, preferably by postcode.
